晚期食管癌超细胃镜下食管支架置入术治疗临床观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical value of stent placement for the advanced esophageal cancer under endoscopic ultrafine.rnMethods Thirty-two patients with advanced esophageal cancer combined with dysphagia underwent metal stent placement under endoscopic ultrafine. The compliance,successful rate,complication and relief of dysphagia were observed. Results Stent placement was successful in all patients at the first time,and positioning was accurate. And dysphagia was relieved without any serious complications.rnConclusion The metal stent placement under endoscopic ultrafine was safe and effective for advanced espohageal cancer with good compliance.%目的 探讨超细胃镜在晚期食管癌支架置入术中的应用价值. 方法 对32例晚期食管癌并吞咽困难患者应用超细电子胃镜进行金属支架放置.观察患者依从性、支架放置成功率、患者吞咽困难缓解情况以及并发症情况. 结果 全部患者支架一次性放置成功,定位准确白膨满意,吞咽困难明显缓解,无严重并发症发生. 结论 超细胃镜下晚期食管癌金属支架放置术患者依从性好,安全、有效性评价高.
