肾脏去交感神经对肥胖型高血压家兔血压及相关神经体液因子的影响

         

摘要

目的:观察肾脏去交感神经支配术( renal sympathetic denervation,RSD)对肥胖型高血压家兔的血压及相关神经体液因子的影响。方法大耳白兔40只,随机分为对照组、对照+射频组、肥胖组、肥胖+射频组,对照组和对照+射频组动物给予普通饲料饲养,肥胖组和肥胖+射频组动物给予高能饲料饲养。饲养8周后,通过经腹肾动脉外膜射频消融进行RSD,术后继续饲养8周,测定血压,采用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)检测血浆中去甲肾上腺素( NE)、精氨酸血管加压素( AVP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(Ald)的变化。结果与对照组比较,肥胖+射频组的血压无显著差异(P>0.05);与肥胖组比较,肥胖+射频组的血压显著降低(P<0.05)。肥胖组NE、AVP、AngⅡ和Ald 较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),RSD后肥胖+射频组NE、AVP、AngⅡ和Ald 较肥胖组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 RSD可以降低肥胖型高血压动物的血压,降低血浆NE、AVP、AngⅡ和Ald 水平。%Objective To investigate the effects of renal sympathetic denervation on obesity-associated hypertension and related neuro-hormonal factors in rabbits. Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into four groups:control group, control+ablation group, obesity group and obesity+ablation group. Rabbits in control group and control+ablation group were fed by common diet, and rabbits in obesity group and obesity+ablation group were fed by high energy diet. After feeding for eight weeks, RSD was carried out by transabdominal radiofrequency ablation of renal arterial adventitia. Then rabbits were continuously fed for eight weeks, and then blood pressure was measured. Plasma concentrations of norepinephrine( NE) , arginine vasopressin( AVP) , angiotensinⅡ( AngⅡ) and al-dosterone( ALD) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) . Results Compared with control group, the sys-tolic blood pressure(SBP) showed no significant change in obesity+ablation group(P>0. 05). After RSD,the SBP in obesity+abla-tion group was significantly lower than in obesity group(P<0. 05). Compared with control group, plasma concentrations of NE, AVP, Ang II and Ald were significantly decreased in obesity group(P<0. 05). Compared with obesity group, plasma concentrations of NE, AVP, Ang II and Ald in obesity+ablation group were declined significantly after RSD(P<0. 05). Conclusion RSD can reduce the blood pressure of obesity-associated hypertension, and reduce the levels of NE, Ang II, AVP and Ald.
