封王建藩是明朝的一项重要政治制度，明太祖朱元璋为维护明王朝的统治，将自己的24个儿子分封各地，给予各亲王各方面的特权，分封于九边重镇大同的代王府，虽然在明初期对地方的政治经济文化等发挥过积极作用，但明中后期，代王府宗室成员逐渐走上违法犯罪道路。本文将对代王府犯罪的表现形式进行论述，并对其犯罪原因进行分析，以便加深对大同代王的研究，也更清晰地看到明代封藩制度的弊端。%Enfeoffment system was an important political system in Ming Dynasty. To protect the ruling of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang gave lands and various priviliages to his 24 sons, among which Prince Dai came to Datong. Although exerting a positive influence on local politics, economy and culture in the early period of Ming Dynasty, family members of Prince Dai began to commit crimes in the mid and late Ming Dynasty. This paper stated the crime forms of members of Dai, analyzed the reasons for the crimes, which further improved the study of Prince Dai in Datong and showed the disadvantages of the enfeoffment system.
