Sustainable development of rural labor force is a key element of sustainable development of rural economy. In the process of modernization and urbanization, a large number of rural surplus labor flow from the rural to urban areas. As a result, a large number of rural children become the left-behind children. Since lack of parental education and ideological education, groups of left-behind children have to face a series of problems, such as:lower academic performance, lack of affection, ideological and moral education and safety and healthy issues.
