太谷县玉米田植物寄生线虫种类及垂直分布

         

摘要

对山西省太谷县玉米田植物寄生线虫种类及分布进行了初步的调查研究.结果表明,从126份土壤样品中共鉴定出4个属5个种的植物寄生线虫,分别为米卡垫刃线虫(Miculenchus sp),马舒德矮化线虫(T mashhoodi),燕麦真滑刃线虫(A auenae),普通丝尾线虫(F uularis)和裂片真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus spar-sus),其中,马舒德矮化线虫和普通丝尾线虫为山西省新记录种.这些线虫在0~50 cm土层内均有分布,但不同种类的线虫在土壤中的垂直分布有不同的趋向性.裂片真滑刃线虫在10~20 cm土层中最多;马舒德矮化线虫主要聚集于0~10 cm的表层土壤中;米卡垫刃线虫在各土层中分布较均匀,加~50 cm土层中稍多;普通丝尾线虫主要分布于0~20 cm土层中;燕麦真滑刃线虫在30~40 cm土层中分布最多.总的来说,玉米根际线虫主要集中于10~20 cm土层中,占0~50 cm土层线虫总数的22.9%.%A survey of the plant parasitic nematodes on the corn was carried out in Taigu, Shanxi Province. 126 soil samples were collected around the rhizosphere of com. 5 species belonging to 4 generas were identified, including Miculenchus sp, T mashhoodi, A catenae, F vidgaris and Aphelenchus sparsus. Among which, T mashhoodi and F vulgaris have not been reported in Shanxi Province so far. There were different trends on the vertical distribution of varied specied in the soil and widely distributed in layer from 0 to 50 cm. A sparsus has the largest number of population in the layer of 10 to 20 cm. T mashuhoodi was mainly distributed in the layer of 0 to 10cm; Miculenchus sp distributed equally in each layers, the number of the lay of 0 to 10 cm was a little bit more. F vulgaris was mainly in the layer of 0 to 20 cm. A avenae has the largest number of population in the layer of 30 to 40 cm. Saprophitic nematodes are mainly distributed in the layer from 0 to 10 cm. But all in all, nematodes in rhizos- phere soil of the corn were mainly gathered in the layer of 10 to 20 cm, in which the population number was 22.9%.
