红色旅游引导上饶新型城镇化建设的思考

摘要

红色旅游与新型城镇化建设的融合发展对红色革命老区的发展有着重大意义。红色旅游的发展从经济、社会、文化等方面对新型城镇化建设产生促进和改变作用，而城镇则为红色旅游的发展提供物质基础、发展环境和人力资本等发展要素。红色旅游引导上饶新型城镇化建设的支撑要素包括政府政策、资源赋存、区位交通和发展势头等。红色旅游引导的新型城镇化建设可通过打造一批红色旅游小城、推出一批红色旅游小镇、发挥产业支撑作用、引入社会资本和人的参与、构建合理的利益驱动机制等一系列措施来实现。%The Integration and development of red tourism and new -type urbanization is of great significance to the development of old revolutionary base areas .The development of red tourism can promote and change the new -type urbanization in terms of econo-my ,society ,culture and etc .Meanwhile ,the new-type urbanization can bring a series of good elements to the development of red tourism ,such as material basis ,environmental development ,human resources and capital .The new-type urbanization guided by red tourism has many supportive factors ,including policies from the government ,resources storage ,regional traffic ,development momentum and etc .It can be realized by building and promoting a number of cities and towns famous for red tourism ,playing the supportive role of industry ,bringing in social capital and human resources and establishing a rational profit -driven mechanism .
