This paper is to research the Rotenberg model of cell populations with generalized boundary condition in Lp (1≤p<∞) space, it is to give that the asymptotic behaviour of the corresponding transport equation solution for this model, and so on.%在Lp (1≤p＜∞)空间上，研究了种群细胞增生中一类具一般边界条件下的Rotenberg型迁移方程，给出了这类迁移方程解的渐近行为等结果。
