学校体育的指导思想总是跟时代环境息息相关，随着社会发展的节奏而变化。运用身体社会学的理论，对我国中小学体育指导思想的变化路径进行梳理与回顾，可以发现，近代以来，我国学校体育教育经历了不同历史时期的发展，逐渐形成了符合我国国情的学校体育指导思想；呈现一个从被禁锢、被工具化的身体向人性的、自由的身体演进的过程。正确把握学校体育的发展方向，有利于学校体育教育的改革和发展。%The guiding ideology of school physical education is always closely interrelated with the contemporary environment ,changing with the rhythm of development in society .Through the application of body sociology theory ,sorting out and reviewing the path of change in our elementary and middle schools sports guiding ideology ,we can find that ,since modern times ,the school physical education in China has ex‐perienced different historical periods ,and gradually formed a school sports guiding ideology in line with China ’s national conditions ,presenting a evolution process from being imprisoned and tooled to being of human nature and freedom .Correct grasping of the direction of development in school physical education is conducive to the reform and development of school physical education .
