This article analyzed the hots and problems of the research on the curriculum contents about after -employment education of teachers in primary and middle schools in China in the past decade from three aspects , including the researchers'historical carding in the in-service training of teachers in primary and middle schools ,the exploring of the problem of the curriculum content ’ s constructing and the gists and principles of the curriculum content ’ s constructing , proposing solutions , in order to provide some reference and thinking for the further research .%科学合理的职后教育课程内容是中小学教师职后培训的基本前提。当前存在的问题主要是:课程内容的选择与结构不合理;课程内容建构的依据主要是教师与教育教学的需要,以及教师专业发展理论、教师学习理论等重要的理论;课程内容设置的原则主要是先进性与实效性相结合、阶段性与连续性相结合、必修课与选修课相结合、职前职后教育一体化等。目前关于我国中小学教师职后教育课程内容的研究还存在三个方面的缺失:历史性研究局限于历史的简单呈现,忽视了对当今的启示与借鉴;研究较为封闭,较少涉及对发达国家的研究与借鉴;不分科目的统一研究导致研究结果缺乏针对性。
