数学专业本科生导师制的实施与探索

导师制是人才培养的一种新模式，在本科生教学中发挥着独特的作用。本文阐述了数学专业实施本科生导师制的意义，明确了导师的工作职责与要求，分析了实施本科生导师制的可行性，提出了实施本科生导师制的保障措施。%Tutorial system is a talents training mode.This paper discusses the meaning of the tutorial system in mathematics,the qualifications,tasks and a responsibility of the tutors,and analysis the feasibility of implementation of the undergraduate tutorial and raising safeguards.
