采用文献资料法、比较分析法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等，以全国第六次体育场地普查数据为依据，对泉州清濛开发区体育场地的数量、规模、投资等主要指标进行了研究．研究结果表明：清濛开发区每万人拥有体育场地个数大大高于泉州平均水平达到35．86个；人均场地面积低于泉州平均水平为1．29 m2；人均场地投资为2895元大大高于泉州市平均水平；财政拨款只占拨款总额的4．22％．清濛开发区应加大对体育场地的投资力度、合理规划体育场地建设、加大对现行体育场地管理和经营体制的更新、采用优惠政策鼓励企业兴建体育场地．%By the methods of comparative analysis, literature of study, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, according to the data of the Sixth National Sport -Venue Investigation, made a study of the quantities, scale, investment in Qingmeng development district.The result show that : the number of Qingmeng development district average sports venue among each myriad people is 35.86 more than Quanzhou average level;per venue area is 1.29 m2 slightly lower than the average level in Quanzhou; per venue investment is 2895 yuan greatly higher than the average level in Quanzhou ; finance allocates funds accounteded for 4.22% of the total amount of investment.The government should increase investment in the sports ground, reasonable planning and construction of sports venues, updating the management system and adopting preferential policies to encourage enterprises to build a sports field.
