海岸带是海洋和陆地相互作用的地带,亦是资源最丰富、区位优势最明显、生态脆弱、灾害较多的地带.海岸带作为第一海洋经济区,是临海国家宝贵的国土资源,也是海洋开发、经济发展的基地,以及对外贸易和文化交流的纽带,地位十分重要.本文以福建省沿海地区福州、厦门、宁德、莆田、泉州、漳州6个市域为研究对象,结合研究区域特定的自然、生态及社会经济状况,从资源承载力、环境承载力及社会经济状况三个方面,构建了研究区域资源环境承载力评价指标体系.运用主成分分析法对研究区域2014年资源环境承载力状况进行分析,结果表明:从总体上看,海岸带地区资源环境承载力综合得分宁德、漳州、莆田高于福州、泉州、厦门,内部差异较大.为了促进经济社会的可持续发展,须充分合理地利用资源环境.%Coastal zone is an area where the ocean and land are interacting.It is also the area with the most abundant resources,the most obvious regional advantages,the fragile ecology and the more disasters.Coastal zone as the first marine economic zone,is a valuable land resources of coastal countries,but also marine development, economic development base,as well as foreign trade and cultural ties,status is very important.Taking the six prefecture-level cities of Fuzhou,Xiamen,Ningde,Putian,Quanzhou and Zhangzhou as research objects,this paper studies the regional specific natural,ecological and socio-economic conditions,from the carrying capacity of resources,environmental carrying capacity and social impact This paper constructs the evaluation index system of regional resource and environment carrying capacity.Based on principal component analysis(PCA),SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Fujian Province.The results showed that the carrying capacity of resources and environment in the study area in 2014 was analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA).The results showed that the comprehensive environmental carrying capacity of Ningde, Zhangzhou and Putian was higher than that of Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Xiamen.In order to promote sustainable economic and social development,we must fully and rationally use the resources and environment.
