高校知识产权纠纷的处理与防范

高校是我国重要的教育和科研基地,是知识产权的重要主体,也是知识产权纠纷相对集中的地方.区分不同情形,采取不同方式妥善解决纠纷是保护合法权益和维护法律严肃性的重要手段,更重要的是强化知识产权保护意识,建立健全知识产权保护制度,预防纠纷的发生和做好知识产权的保护工作.%Universities and colleges are important bases for education and research; are important principal part of intellectual property; are also a relatively concentrated place of intellectual property disputes. Distinguishing various cases and taking different manners to properly settle disputes is an important measure to protect legal rights and maintain law authority. The more important is to strengthen IP protection consciousness, set complete IP protection system, prevent disputes and do well the IP protection work.
