地方戏曲艺术的保护与发展，很大程度上依赖于地方剧团的运营与发展。在对当前山东省50个国有地方剧团实地调查的基础上，以剧团的资金运转为切入点，对财务收入、财务支出、演出收益、组织管理等数据情况进行定量分析，结果显示：山东省国有剧团内部运营管理存在着严重依靠财政补贴、投入产出比失调、缺少市场营销手段、市场人才创新支撑弱化等问题。山东省国有剧团在今后的发展中应当采取转变发展理念和工作模式、提高资金投入产出比、拓展演出市场、创新政府支持方式等发展策略。%The protection and development of the local operas depends on the operation and development of the local troupes. With capital operation as the breakthrough point,we investigate 50 state-owned lo-cal troupes in Shandong province and quantitatively analyze the data of financial revenues and expendi-tures,performance gains and organization management etc. Results show that the state -owned local troupes in the Province are serious rely on subsidies,input-output ratio imbalance and lack of innova-tion. The troupes should take the development strategy in the transformation of development ideas and working mode,increasing the input-output ratio of funds,expanding market performance,innovation of government support and so on.
