选择黑杨派5个母本和7个父本组成杂交组合,采用花枝室内水培、人工控制授粉方法开展杂交育种研究.通过对杂交子代无性系苗期测定和选择,选用21个无性系加7个对照品种开展表型测定和区域化造林试验.通过多点多年栽培试验、观测调查和统计分析,筛选出‘鲁林9号杨’、‘鲁林16号杨’2个雄性新品种.在莒县7年生试验林中,‘鲁林9号杨’平均胸径生长量达25．0cm,平均树高生长量达20．8m,平均材积生长量达0．38833 m3,超过对照I－107杨34．6％,超过L35杨49．3％.‘鲁林16号杨’平均胸径生长量达24．1 cm,平均树高生长量达20．8m,平均材积生长量达0．35949 m3,超过对照 I－107杨24．6％,超过L35杨40．2％.2个新品种树干通直挺拔,顶端优势强,分枝均匀,层轮明显,树姿优美；且为雄性美洲黑杨,不结实,无飞絮,无环境污染,适宜培育纸浆材和胶合板材.%The choice of Aigeiros 5 female and 7 male cross combinations,the squid indoor hydroponics,artificial pollinaG tion methods to carry out cross breeding research.Based on the hybrid progeny clones determination and selection,selection of 2 1 clones and 7 control varieties in regional test and phenotype determination of afforestation by laboratory test.Many years of cultivation,observation,investigation and statistical analysis,screening out the 2 new Varieties of‘Lulin 9’、‘Lulin 16’was a female hybrid selected from a breeding population .7 years testing in the forest in Juxian,‘Lulin 9’average DBH growth was 25.0cm,the average tree height growth amounted to 20.8m and the average volume growth reached 0.38833 m3 ,more than 34. 6% more than the L35 control I-107 49.3%.‘Lulin 16’DBH growth amounted to 24.1 cm,the average tree height growth was 20.8m,the average volume growth reached 0.35949 m3 ,more than 24.6% more than the control I-107 and L35 40.2%.2 new varieties of straight trunk straight,apical dominance,branching uniform,round layer obviously,tree appearance is beautiful;and for eastern poplar,with the characteristics of no seeds,non-catkin,no pollution,suitable for cultivation of pulpwood and plywood.
