In the duration of the 60th anniversary of the People＇s Republic of China, Zhang Hua was cited as One of the 100 Figures Who Touched China： As a banner, Zhang Hua＇s spirits led scores of students endeavoring for talents building. On the new historical condition, how to carry out Zhang Hua＇s spirits advancing with the times proved the paramount issues for university＇screa- tively executing the Party＇s educational regulation and concretely cultivate qualified socialist con- structor and successor.%建国60周年之际，张华被评为“100位新中国成立以来感动中国人物之一”。张华精神作为一面旗帜，引领着一批又一批大学生奋发成才。在新的历史条件下，如何与时俱进地弘扬张华精神，是高校创造性地落实党的教育方针，切实培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人面临的重大时代课题。
