依法治校与高校和谐校园构建研究

摘要

高校校园环境是否和谐与依法治校密切相关。法律法规、校规校纪等都对规范校园秩序起到了很好的作用。然而，随着社会主义市场经济的深入推进，校园环境也变的越来越复杂，校园形同小社会，涉及事务多、主体多，产生的矛盾也多，依法治校显得尤为重要。同时，高校培训的大学生是未来国家建设的主体，向其灌输正能量，让其养成爱国守纪的好习惯，不但对和谐校园有利，对大学生未来走向社会也是有着重要影响的。因此，学校要根据学校实际，因地制宜，依法制定与学校实际更加贴近的校规校纪，为构建和谐校园打下牢固的基础。%the university campus environment is harmonious and governance by law is closely re-lated to.Laws and regulations , rules and regulations , have a good effect on standardizing campus order .However , along with the socialist market economy further , campus environment has become increasingly complex , the campus is a small society , involving many affairs , the main contradic-tion, also, the law is very important.At the same time, the training of college students are the fu-ture of the subject of state building , with positive energy to it , let it develop a good habit of patri-otism and discipline , not only for the benefit of society harmonious campus , the future direction of college students is also important .Therefore, the school should suit one's measures to local condi-tions according to the school reality , develop more and school , close to the actual rules and regu-lations in accordance with the law , for the construction of a harmonious campus and lay a solid foundation .
