The composition and ratio of frosting solution are established through studying on the preparation process of high transmittance frosting of high alumina glass .The optimal performances are NaF:(N H4 )2 SO4 :Na2 SO4 : H2 O:Na2 B4 O7 · 10H2 O=5 .5:1 .5:1 .6:9 .3 : 0 .2 .The best optimum process conditions was obtained:pH = 2 .5 ,temperature 25 ℃ ,frosting tine 9 min .After optical capability of agent glass were characterized by sur-ftest ,gloss meter and light transmittance tester .The surface morphology of the frosting glass was characterized by SEM ,AFM and EDS .The following results showed transmittance is 95 .9% ,gloss is 86 .9 Gs as well as roughness is 0 .08 μm .The particle size distribution of ul-tra-crystalline particle on the surface of the frosting glass is reasonable and uniform .It pro-vides effective production way for the high transmittance frosting glass .%对高铝玻璃高透蒙砂的制备工艺进行了研究,确定了蒙砂液的配比(质量比/g)为NaF:(N H4)2 SO4:Na2 SO4:H2 O:Na2 B4 O7·10H2 O=5.5:1.5:1.6:9.3:0.2,选择了蒙砂最优工艺条件为pH=2.5,温度为25℃,蒙砂时间为9 min.利用表面粗糙度测量仪、光泽度仪和透光率测定仪对蒙砂玻璃的光学性能进行测定,并对蒙砂玻璃表面形貌进行了SEM、AFM和EDS分析.结果表明,透光率为95.9%,光泽度为86.9 Gs,粗糙度为0.08μm;蒙砂后玻璃表面超微晶粒子的粒径大小合理,粒度分布均匀.这为高透蒙砂玻璃的制备提供了行之有效的方法.
