安全标准化建设是近年来我国安全管理工作的重点，但标准化达标工作进展并不顺利。笔者以安全生产信息化“十二五”规划为指导，提出了采用信息化手段解决企业在安全标准化建设中出现手段不足、成本过高、工作繁琐而效果不明显等难题的方案。分析了信息化系统的设计原则和业务流程，建立从安全标准化远程辅导、在线自评、现场考评到达标企业监管的安全标准化监管信息系统。列举了系统的核心功能与价值，并通过在监管单位和企业的应用实践，验证了系统有效性。%Currently, safety standardization work is the most important work about safety management of the govern-ment in China .Guided by safety information ‘Twelfth Five-Year Plan ’ , the solutions were put forward that by means of information to solve the problems like that the enterprises lack of measures to achieve safety standardiza -tion or the cost is too high , and the work is tedious or little effect .The design principles and business process of in-formation system on enterprise safety standardization were analyzed .The regulatory information system including re-mote tutoring , online self-assessment , on-site evaluation and corporate governance were established .The core func-tionality and value of the system was cited .And the effectiveness of the system was verified in the practice of work safety supervision bureau and enterprise applications .
