Objective; To investigate the association of inhibitory killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) gene in women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA).Methods: The expressions of inhibitory killer cell immunoglobin-like receptor genes in 48 women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and 50 health women as control were detected by PCR-sequence specific primer method.Results: The frequency of inhibitory KIR2DL2 in the URSA group (52. 1%) significantly increased than the control group(26. 0%) (P<0. 05). The percentage of patients possessing of 3 inhibitory KIR genes in the URSA group(50. 0%)was significantly higher than the control group(24. 0%)(F<0. 05).Conclusions: The increased frequency of inhibitory KIR2DL2 might influence the susceptibility to URSA. Imbalance of inhibitory and activation KIR could contribute to the URSA.%目的 探讨抑制型杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)基因在不明原因复发性流产(URSA)发病机制的作用.方法 采用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)方法检测48例URSA患者与50例对照组女性抑制型KIR基因的表达.结果 URSA患者KIR2DL2基因频率(52.1%)增高,与对照组(26.0%)比较有显著差异(P<0.05);URSA患者拥有3个抑制型KIR基因的阳性率增高(50.0%),与对照组(24.0%)比较有显著差异(P<0.05).结论 KIR2DL2基因频率增高可能是URSA发病的易感因素,子宫自然杀伤(uNK)细胞表面抑制型与活化型KIR受体表达失衡可能是URSA发病机制之一.
