子宫内膜异位症啮齿类动物模型研究进展

摘要

子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EM)发现已有150余年,至今其病因及发病机制仍不清楚,目前除人类外,只有灵长类动物可以自发形成EM,但实际应用受限.而啮齿类动物较为经济实用,因此本文旨在对啮齿类动物常用的EM模型特点及应用进行综述,以期对EM动物模型的选择提供参考.%Endometriosis has been found more than 150 years,its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear yet.Now only non-human primates can spontaneously form endometriosis,but the practical application is limited.The rodents are more economical and practical.This paper reviews the characteristics and application of rodent model with endometriosis in order to provide reference for selecting animal model with endometriosis.
