广西境外投资企业融资放款存在问题及解决思路—关于企业境外投资融资及放款情况的调查

摘要

当前广西境外投资企业融资和放款存在的问题是融资程序繁杂、融资渠道单一、缺少担保资产、境外企业融资方式与外汇管理政策不一致。建议重新界定对境外投资企业的管理边界,放宽境外放款人条件要求,允许境内关联方个人对境外关联公司放款等。%It is found that complicated financing process,lack of financing or guarantee assets,and the confliction between the financing of overseas direct investment companies and foreign exchange management policy are the present problems of overseas direct investment in Guangxi province.We suggest that we should redefind the border of overseas direct investment management,deregulate lenders for overseas direct investment companies,and permit the domestic related persons to lend to their overseas direct investment companies.
