深基坑纵横双榀井字形钢管内支撑设计及应用

         

摘要

Research purposes:In order to solve the problems in the construction of deep foundation pit that concrete support disassembling is difficult and the supporting force of conventional single-layer steel is limited,this paper introduced a new type of double well-shaped steel support structure,which can improve the efficiency of supporting and disassembling and ensure the construction safety.Research conclusions:(1) The steel tube inner bracing system of both longitudinal and horizontal steel pipes is connected by the well-shape connector.The integrity of the structure is reliable,the force effect is good,and the number of supporting layers is reduced,and the construction efficiency is higher.(2) Adopting the support mode of welding the corbel bracket on the concrete inner bracing column without any increase in the number of columns,can reduce the support operation process,improve the work efficiency,increase the excavation work space,and the material input can be reduced.(3) The longitudinal and horizontal well-shaped steel pipe structure supports can effectively ensure the deep foundation pit supporting effect,improve working efficiency,which is a safe,practical,reasonable and economical form of foundation pit supporting structure,and can provide reference for similar deep foundation pit supporting engineering.%研究目的:为解决深大基坑施工中混凝土支撑拆装难度大、常规单层钢支撑的支撑力有限等问题,通过研究采用新型的双榀“井”字形钢管结构内支撑形式,旨在提高深大基坑的支撑拆卸效率,确保施工安全.研究结论:(1)纵横双榀“井”字形钢管结构内支撑体系通过采用“井”字形接头,将同层纵横双向的内支撑进行连接,该结构整体性结构可靠,受力效果好,且减小了钢管内支撑层数,占用有限施工空间小、施工效率高;(2)采用混凝土内支撑立柱上焊接牛腿托架的钢支撑立柱支撑方式,不需要额外增加立柱数量,减少了支撑作业工序,提高了作业效率,增大了基坑开挖作业空间,同时也降低了材料投入;(3)纵横双榀“井”字形钢管结构内支撑能有效保障深大基坑支护效果,提高作业效率,是一种安全、实用、合理、经济的基坑支撑结构形式,可为类似深基坑支护工程提供参考和借鉴.
