论大学特色校园文化建设的一种方式——以曲靖师范学院文化建设为例

From the category perspective of college culture,the pursuit of unique campus culture calls for the integration of regional characteristics and university construction and the special cultural atmosphere of life and potentiality should be formed.The mode can be established based on the case study of Qujing Normal University.The Zhuyuan cultural contents and spirit should be melted into the cultural construction on campus at Qujing Normal University.The campus cultures will include the natural resources,humanity resources,and education resources,which will gradually bring a comparative clear notion and expression to make the ＂Zhuyuan cultures＂ the unique culture on campus at Qujing Normal University.%从大学文化的基本范畴看,追求特色校园文化需要将地域特色与学校建设相互融合,形成具有生命活力和发展潜力的独特文化氛围。以曲靖师范学院为例可以清楚看到这种方式的实践路径。具体而言,曲靖师范学院校园文化建设应将＂珠源文化＂的主要内容和基本精神,融入到学校文化建设之中,让它所包涵的自然之源、人文之源和教育之源等内容构成校园文化意义,逐步形成相对明晰的观念和表达,使＂珠源文化＂成为提升曲靖师范学院校园文化特色的重要方式。可以肯定,这在大学特色校园文化建设中具有积极的启示性。
