Nonhalophyte Kalancboe daigremotiana,salt-dilution halophytehalop hyte Suaeda salsa, Nitraria sibiria,recretohalophyte Atriplex centralasiatica and salt-tolerant Elaeagnus angustifolia were treated with 100 mmol/L NaCl.The res ults indicated that Na+ concentrations in xylem sap of roots(including stem-bases) of five species were all lower than 100 mmol/L,which indicated that roots of five spi eces all possessed some sodium-exclusion ability.But leaf Na+ content were not relative to sodium-exclusion of roots, while it was positively correlative to relative transpiration rate and relative growth rate. Relative transpiration rate and relative growth rate were also positively correlative.%在100mmol/LNaCl条件下,伽蓝菜、碱蓬、白刺、滨藜、沙枣等5种不同类型植物根部木质部液中Na+浓度都低于外界培养液中Na+浓度,说明5种植物根部都有一定的拒Na+作用;但是叶片Na+含量与根部的拒Na+作用并没有明显的相关性,而与植物的相对蒸腾速率和相对生长速率呈显著的正相关.
