市级社区护理质控组织对社区护理质量的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of "the municipal community nursing quality control group"on nursing quality of community health service center ( hereinafter referred to as community nursing quality).Methods Setting up the municipal community nursing quality control organization , perfecting the community nursing quality examination evaluation system and the related community health service center ( hereinafter referred to as center ) training nursing managers , members of quality control organization regularly conduct site inspection and guidance to the center .Results The evaluation of nursing quality:the second quality control score was significantly higher than the first once .The satisfaction degree of service objects: the second once was higher than the first once , as well as the score of community assessment .There were significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusions The establishment of the municipal community nursing quality control group has important effect on improving the quality of community nursing .%目的：探讨成立“市级社区护理质控组织”对社区卫生服务中心护理质量（以下简称社区护理质量）的影响。方法成立市级社区护理质控组织，完善社区护理质量考核评价体系，对相关社区卫生服务中心（以下简称中心）护理管理者进行培训，质控组织成员定期到中心进行现场检查和指导并进行两次质控。结果护理质量考核：第二次质控得分高于第一次，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）；服务对象对社区护士工作的满意度：第二次高于第一次，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；社区考核得分；第二次质控高于第一次，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．001）。结论成立“市级社区护理质控组织”对提高社区护理质量有重要作用。
