口腔医学病例资料库在临床医学专业口腔科学见习教学中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To compare the effectiveness of stomatology case database teaching mode and traditional teaching mode in stomatolgy noviciate teaching for clinical medical undergraduates .Methods 180 clinical medical undergraduates in Guangzhou Medical University were divided into 2 groups.Each group contained 90 students.Stomatology case database teaching mode and traditional teaching mode were applied respectively in stomatology noviciate teaching in each group .Effectiveness of both teaching method were evaluated by comparing both test scores and questionnaire . Results Questionnaire score was significantly higher in stomatology case database teaching group than traditional teaching group . However, test scores were not significantly different in both two groups .Conclusions Stomatology case database teaching mode could improve the learning initiative of clinical medical undergraduates in stomatolgy teaching .It is helpful for students to master knowledge and improve ability in solving clinical problems .%目的:分析比较口腔医学病例资料库教学法与传统教学法在临床医学专业口腔科学见习教学中对学生学习效果的影响。方法以我院临床医学专业本科学生180名为研究对象,分为病例资料库组和传统教学组,每组90人,见习课程分别采用病例资料库教学法和传统教学法进行教学,通过问卷调查方式和理论考试成绩对两组的效果进行评价。结果病例资料库组的问卷调查评分高于传统教学组,且差异有统计学意义。在理论考试成绩上,两组无统计学差异。结论病例资料库教学法可提高临床医学专业学生学习口腔科学课程的感兴趣程度、学习效率、对知识点掌握程度,改善教学效果。
