建设国家循环经济发展先行区是青海省新时期的历史任务，国家已在青海省先后建立了两个循环经济试验区，对此学界关注程度很高，对试点单位工业循环经济的研究成果也比较多，但对农牧业循环经济研究相对较少。笔者认为，高原生态畜牧业是循环经济在青海农牧区的具体实现形式，是青海省建设国家循环经济发展先行区的重要组成部分，其发展模式具有鲜明的地域特性。本文以海南藏族自治州生态畜牧业可持续发展实验区为例，在循环经济视阈下对高原生态畜牧业发展模式进行了探讨。%It is a historical duty to build a advanced place about the circulating economic development in now time Qinghai. So according to the characteristics of Qinghai area the writer think ecolog-ical stock farming is a form of circulating economics in farming and stockbreeding areas practically and it is a important content about Qinghai province build a advanced place about the circulating economic development nationally. The writer investigation about the model of ecological stock farming in continental plateau which is based on circulating economics idea which takes an example of circulating economic experimental areas in ecological stock farming about Hainan Tibetan autonomous prefecture.
