基于扎根理论的知识型员工忠诚度评估模型的构建

         

摘要

知识经济时代,知识已经取代了劳动力和资本成为企业最重要的资源。知识型员工是企业核心竞争力的有力构建者。发挥知识型员工的作用需要企业建立高水平的知识型员工管理体制。借助扎根理论,通过调查问卷的方式,得到影响知识型员工忠诚度的6个因素:员工自身素质、企业能力、领导者素质、报酬制度、员工自身发展、外部环境。根据知识型员工忠诚度的影响因素构建知识型员工忠诚度评估模型,为企业知识型员工忠诚度的管理指明方向。%In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has replaced capital and labor to become the most important resources of the enterprise. And the knowledge employees are the strong builder in the core competitiveness of enterprises. To play the role of knowledge employees requires enterprises to establish a high level of management system for knowledge employees. The paper analyzes the loyalty index of knowledge employees with the help of grounded theory and the questionnaire and interviews and it ends up 6 dimensions affecting the loyalty of knowledge employees, namely, the staff ' s own factors, enterprise ability, leadership' s qualities, reward system, staff' s own development, and external environment. According to the factors affecting knowledge employees' loyalty, to construct an assessment model for the loyalty index of knowledge employees can puts forward a direction for the management of the enterprise knowledge employees.
