As a kind of cultural phenomenon, the generation born in 1980s once was paid much at- tention to by researchers on culture, society and literature. Along with the increase in the proportion of the teachers born in 1980s, their professional development is being paid much more attention to. This research chooses such four districts as Shinan, Shibei, Sifang and Licang and some schools sub- ordinated to the Education Bureau in Qingdao as objects, uses the method of questionnaire and inter- views to make a description on the status of teachers born in 1980s, and come up with suggestions for their professional development.%作为一种文化现象,"80后"曾备受文化研究、社会研究、文学研究者的关注,随着"80后"教师占教师队伍比例的增加,对其专业发展的关注日益加强。通过选择青岛市市南、市北、四方、李沧4个区和市教育局部分直属学校为研究对象,采用问卷和访谈两种调查方式,对青岛市"80后"教师的状况做一次尝试性的描述,并就如何促进"80后"教师的专业发展提出建议。
