In order to study the application of multispectral remote sensing in the corn science ,Canopy ima-ges of corn were taken under near -infrared camera(Near -infrared light) in a field experiment ,simulta-neously the corn were sampled to measure chlorophyll content ,biomass and the leaf area index (LAI) , then the relationships between normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI ) with chlorophyll value , aboveground biomass ,and the leaf area index (LAI) .Respectively :NDVI showed significant liner correla-tion with chlorophyll value , the best estimate model for NDVI - ground biomass is index form (y =1.5171e4.8238x ) ,the decision coefficient is 0.9674 ,the best estimate model for NDVI - ground biomass is index form (y=0.3689e3.1371x ) ,the decision coefficient is 0.9619 .T his article provide certain reference val-ue for the application of remote sensing technology on corn .%为研究多光谱遥感在玉米科学中的应用,使用多光谱相机(近红外光)获取了玉米植株冠层的图像,并同步测定相应的叶绿素值、叶面积指数和地上生物量,分析冠层归一化植被指数(NDVI)与叶绿素值、叶面积指数(LAI)和地上生物量之间的关系,以期建立最佳的估算诊断模型。结果表明:NDVI与叶绿素值存在很好的直线相关关系, NDVI-地上生物量最佳估算模型为指数形式(y=1.5171e4.8238x ),决定系数R2为0.9674,NDVI -LAI最佳估算模型为指数形式(y=0.3689e3.1371x ),决定系数 R2为0.9619。本文为遥感技术在玉米上的应用提供一定的参考价值。
