The paper explains the issues caused by the gap between urban and rural residents in Fujian Province. It analyzes the barriers in the reformof urban-rural income difference. Finally, it puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to narrowthe gap between urban and rural residents.%分析福建省城乡居民收入差距现状及引发的各种问题，论述城乡居民收入分配改革的阻力，提出有效缩小城乡居民收入差距的四点政策建议。
