中西药合用治疗系统性红斑狼疮60例观察

摘要

目的：观察中西药合用治疗系统性红斑狼疮的疗效。方法：60例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，治疗组用清斑合剂及西药治疗，对照组仅用西药治疗，观察半年。结果：观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：清斑合剂联合西药可显著降低系统性红斑狼疮SLEDAI积分水平，有显著疗效。%Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine on systemic lupus erythematosus. Method:60 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were divided into 2 groups evenly in random. The treatment group (n=30)were applied with Qingban Mixture and routine western medicine while the control group (n=30) were applied with the routine western medicines only,with 6 months treatment in both groups. Result:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion: Qingban Mixture combined with western medicine could decrease SLEDAI score level of systemiclupus erythematosus significantly, with significant therapeutic effect.
