目的：研究肘关节三联征术后中医综合防治肘关节僵硬的效果。方法：70例随机分为实验组和对照组各35例，实验组采用中医综合疗法，对照组用传统康复治疗。结果：两组满意率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组Mayo评分关节疼痛、运动范围、生活功能、稳定性及总分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组后期僵硬发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医综合疗法可提高患者的满意度，改善肘关节三联征术后整体功能恢复，避免关节僵硬。%Objective: To observe the effect on anchylosis after the operation of elbow joint triad prevented and treated by comprehensive therapy of TCM. Method: 70 cases were divided into 2 groups in random evenly. 35 cases were treated with comprehensive therapy of TCM as the experimental group while 35 cases were treated with traditional rehabilitation treatment as the control group. Result: There was significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups (P<0.05). There was significant difference in Mayo score, joint pain, range of motion, activated function, stabilization and total score between the two groups (P<0.05). There was significant difference in anchylosis occurrence rate at late stage between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive therapy of TCM could enhance satisfaction of patients, improve entire recovery of function in avoid of anchylosis.
