针灸康复治疗脑外伤瘫痪效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on traumatic brain injury paralysis treated by acupuncture and rehabilitation. Method:62 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly in random. The control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation while the experimental group were treated with acupuncture treatment on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy. The difference of the total effective rate,FMA score and MBI score of the two groups of patients were compared. Result:The total effective rate,FMA scores and MBI scores of the patients in the experimental group were superior to that of the patients in the control group significantly. The difference was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and rehabilitation could significantly enhance the therapeutic effect and improve activities of daily living and motor function of patients.%目的：观察针灸康复治疗脑外伤瘫痪的临床效果。方法：62例分为两组各31例，对照组给予常规康复治疗，实验组在常规康复基础上用针灸治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、FMA评分和MBI评分差异。结果：实验组总有效率、FMA评分和MBI评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），实验组疗效更好。结论：针灸康复治疗脑外伤瘫痪可以明显提高疗效，改善患者的日常生活能力和运动功能。
