复发性阿弗他溃疡(recurrent aphthous ulcer,RAU)是口腔黏膜最常见的疾病之一,但其病因及致病机制仍不明,近年对RAU的研究多集中在免疫失调方面,肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)作为细胞因子的一员在RAU的发生和发展中起着重要的作用.研究表明TNF-α在RAU中表达升高,并证明TNF-a的高表达口可引起细胞因子网络的失衡,并对细胞毒性作用有一定的影响；另外,TNF-α还可以过作用于黏附分子而促进炎细胞向病变组织的移行.所以TNF-α在RAU炎症反应的发生和溃疡病损的形成中起着起着重要的作用.%Recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU) is one of the most common diseases in oral mucosa, with ill-identified etiology and mechanism. Current studies on RAU mostly focus on immune dysfunction. As an inflammation related cytokine, tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a) plays an important role in the occurrence of RAU. It was reported that TNF-a expression was increased in RAU patients, which could subsequently induce the disorder of cytokine network and have an influence on cytotoxicity. In addition, TNF-a may promote the migration of inflammatory cells to pathological lesions by combining with pertinent adhesion molecules. Overall, TNF- a is a crucial factor in the development of inflammation and ulceration of RAU.
