Objective:This study was to examine whether baseline state and trait anxiety can affect the outcome of IVF/ICSI. Methods:The databases were searched to identity relevant articles. Studies were included if they agreed with the prior defined criteria, and not met the exclusion criteria. The data extraction was done by two reviewers independently, and the quality of each individual study was evaluated. Heterogeneity analysis was done by RevMan 5.0 software and measurement data was integrated. Results:①State anxiety had side effect on the IVF/ICSI outcome( WMDstate anxiaty= -2.51,95%CI -4. 58 - -0.44) ;②Trait anxiety had no effect on the IVF/ICSI outcome( WMDtralt antiety =2.57,95%CI -0.58 -7.87) ;③The shape of funnel plots did not reveal any evidence of funnel plot asymmetry, which meant no publication bias in this study. Conclusions:State anxiety hasside effect on the IVF/ICSI outcome. Thus, the psychological inter-rn ventions before IVF/ICSI treatment might improve some patients'chances of becoming pregnant. However, rntrait anxiety has no effect on the IVF/ICSI outcome.%目的:研究施行体外受精/卵细胞浆内单精子注射(IVF/ICSI)的不孕症妇女基础焦虑状态对其妊娠结局的影响.
