目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMT)相关性不孕患者腹腔镜术后生殖预后的影响因素.方法:回顾性分析2009年7月至2011年4月宁夏医科大学附属医院收治并经腹腔镜治疗,术后病理证实诊断的EMT 75例患者的临床资料和随访术后1年内妊娠情况,统计学分析影响术后妊娠的相关因素.结果:单因素分析中,年龄、是否合并子宫腺肌病、术后是否规范用药、术后是否接受辅助生殖技术为EMT相关性不孕患者腹腔镜术后生殖预后的影响因素(P =0.000).多因素分析显示年龄、术后是否接受辅助生殖技术、是否合并子宫腺肌病为EMT的独立影响因素(P＜0.05).结论:年龄、术后是否接受辅助生殖技术、是否合并子宫腺肌病为EMT相关性不孕患者腹腔镜术后生殖预后的重要影响因素,应将腹腔镜术后相关影响因素综合分析,更加客观地判断生殖预后.%Objective;To analyse the clinical factors for reproductive outcome after laparoscopic treatment in patients with endometriosis-associated infertility. Methods :75 patients underwent laparoscopic treatment in hospital affiliate to Ningxia medical university,from July 2009 to April 2011 ,were recruit in this study. Pregnancy rate were followed within 1 year. Univariable analysis was used to identify factors of pregnancy outcome. Results; Patient age, adenomyosis, medicine administration, and reproductive technology offer were associated with reproductive outcome after laparoscopic treatment in patients with endometriosis-associated infertility(P=0. 000). Multifactors analysis showed that age,reproductive technology offer and adenomyosis were independent factors (P < 0. 05). Conclusions: For endometriosis-associated infertility, impact factors of reproductive outcome after laparoscopic treatment should be taken into account for evaluation.
