目的:探讨整合素连接激酶(Integrin-linked kinase,ILK)在卵巢癌的发生、发展中的作用.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP染色法,检测9例正常卵巢组织、20例上皮性良性卵巢肿瘤组织及54例上皮性卵巢癌组织中ILK的蛋白表达,评价其与上皮性卵巢癌临床病理特征的关系.结果:ILK在正常卵巢,良性卵巢肿瘤和卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为33.3%、40%、51.9%.三组之间ILK在不同手术-病理分期、腹膜转移与否及不同病理分级病例中阳性表达率比较均有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论:ILK在卵巢癌中表达较正常卵巢组织及良性卵巢肿瘤组织明显增多,为卵巢癌的诊断提供了进一步的依据,并与肿瘤恶性程度呈明显正相关,表达越高则预后越差.%Objective To study the expression of integrin-linked kinase (ILK) in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and its biological significance. Methods The expressions of ILK in 9 cases of normal epithelial ovarian tissues, 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor tissues and 54 cases of ovarian cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method, and their correlations with the clinical pathological characteristics of epithelial ovarian cancer were evaluated. Results The expressions of ILK in normal epithelial ovarian tissues, benign ovarian tumor tissues and ovarian cancer tissues were 33.3% , 40.0% and 51.9%, respectively. The differences of the expressions of ILK among the three groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05) in different surgery-pathological states, the existence of the peritoneal metastasis or not and different histological grades cases. Conclusion The expression of ILK was significantly higher in epithelial ovarian cancer, and was closely correlated with the grades of it.
