足背皮瓣修复手掌侧皮肤软组织缺损的临床应用

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of dorsal flap of the foot in repairing the defect of palm. Methods Clinical data of 7 severe hand injury patients with skin and soft tissue defect in palm were restored by the dorsal flap of the foot during March 20007 to December 2013. 3 patients were repaired by the dorsal flap of the foot in emergency operation, 4 patients were repaired by the dorsal flap of the foot after VSD vacuum suction. Results Post-operational follow-up of 5~22 months, all flaps were survival and their texture was excellent, they won't significant plump and their two point discrimination was 7~10 mm, the function of hand was recovered past 50 percentage. Conclusion The vessel pedicle of dorsal flap of the foot was constant and its appearance was good, so the dorsal flap of foot is a good method of repairing skin and soft tissue defect in palm.%目的：探讨足背皮瓣修复手掌侧皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法2007年3月—2013年12月，对收治的7例重度手外伤致手掌侧皮肤软组织缺损患者采用游离足背皮瓣进行修复，其中3例为急诊一期行足背皮瓣修复；4例先采用负压封闭引流技术（vacuum sealing drainage, VSD），二期行足背皮瓣修复。结果本组皮瓣全部成活，随访5～22个月，皮瓣质地优良，无明显臃肿，两点辨别觉为7～10 mm，手部功能恢复达50%以上。结论足背皮瓣血管蒂恒定，外观较理想，是修复手掌侧皮肤软组织缺损的较好方法。
