Objective To discuss the short-term effect of the ultra-thin femoral anterolateral perforator flap for repairing the hand or foot and ankle skin and soft tissue defects. Methods From January 2011 to December 2015, 20 cases with hand or foot and ankle skin and soft tissue defects were treated with altra-thin femoral anterolateral perforator flap. There were 13 males and 7 females, aged from 24 to 65 years . All cases included traffic accident (10 cases), plough machine injury (3 case, and weight hitting (7 cases). The injury site in foot had 5 cases, in ankle had 6 cases, in foot and ankle had 3 cases, in hand had 6 cases. The average operating time was 4 to 6 hours. The flap size ranged from 4 cm×6 cm~11 cm×17 cm. Results 20 cases survived completely, Only 2 flaps appeared flap edge necrosis and the complication was solved after After dressing. For 6 months following up, the flaps took well with good contours. The thickness of these flaps was half of those harvested with common ways. It meet the requirements of hand wound repair. Conclusion In situ one-stage thinning of the anterolateral perforator flap is a good technique for the and or foot and ankle skin and soft tissue defects. It has the advantages of the reliable blood supply, more satisfactory contours and requiring no secondary thinning. It is an ideal method to repair wounds of the limbs.%目的 探讨超薄股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复手部及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 2011年10月-2015年12月,应用超薄游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复手部及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损20例.手术时间4~6 h.皮瓣面积为4 cm×6 cm~11 cm×17 cm.结果 20例皮瓣全部成活,18例Ⅰ期愈合,2例发生皮瓣边缘坏死,经再次清创治疗后伤口Ⅱ期愈合.术后进行为期6个月的随访,皮瓣外观及质地良好,外形不臃肿,满足创面修复要求.结论 超薄股前外侧穿支皮瓣具有安全、成活率高、效果好等优点,是修复四肢创面的理想方法.
