我国警务工作标准化研究

摘要

The standardization of police work is a major part of building a service -oriented government in China.The construction of service -oriented government , the increase of legal awareness of the society and the improvement and application of science and technology are the motivating forces for the standardization of police work.To promote the progress of rule of law , improve the well-being of people and increase the quality and ad-ministrative level of police force are its values .Starting phase , technological phase and overall developing phase are its three developing stages .System perfection , implementation of the contents and atmosphere creation are the focuses of next developing phase .%警务工作标准化是我国建设服务型政府的重要内容之一。服务型政府的建设、社会法治意识的增强和科技的进步与深度应用是警务工作标准化的动力支撑。促进法治进程、提升民众福祉和提高警队素质与管理水平是其价值所在。蒙昧阶段、技术性阶段和全面推进阶段是其三个发展历程，体系的完善、内容的落实和氛围的浓厚是其下步发展重点。
