机械零件三维模型切片算法研究与软件开发

         

摘要

为在计算机辅助机械设计中,特别是在三维打印技术研发过程中快速获取机械零件三维几何模型的切片截面,以所建立的几何模型切片过程数学表达式为基础,开发了针对特定几何模型数据结构文件的快速切片方法和截面生成处理算法。在需求分析、流程设计和界面设计基础上,完成了程序编制和软件开发。运行结果显示,程序运行正常,软件功能符合设计要求。软件还能够支持层叠堆积式三维打印机使用。%In order to obtain cross section of three-dimensional mechanical part in computer aided design and especially in three-dimensional printing development, the quickly slicing method is built in this paper. The slicing process is described by mathematic model. The cross section generation algorithm is established by the method. The program requirement analysis, flow and graphic user interface are introduced. Based on them, the software has been developed. The running results show that its function is operated normally to meet the requirements. It can support the stack three-dimensional printer.
