马克思恩格斯的国家治理思想及现实启示

Theory of national governance is richly implied in Marx and Engels’ classic writings, in which they think national governance is the base of class rule. They reveal the political nature and the highest principle of the national governance of proletariat, and state the thoughts of national social public servants. At present, on the background of promoting the modernization of national governance system, governance competence, and ruling the country by law, it’s of great practical significance to further study Marx and Engels’ theory of national governance so as to develop the social new normal.%在马克思恩格斯的经典著述中，蕴含着丰富的国家治理思想。马克思恩格斯认为国家治理是阶级统治的基础，他们揭示了无产阶级国家治理的政治性质和最高原则，并阐明了国家的社会公仆思想。当前，在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，全面推进依法治国的大背景下，深入研究马克思恩格斯关于国家治理的基本思想，对于社会新常态发展具有极其重要的启示意义。
