少数民族大学生创新创业教育实现路径初探--以浙江省为例

Affected by ethnic culture, living environment and other factors, minority college students is a complex group that needs care. Their innovative thinking, team spirit, creativity and entrepreneurial atmosphere are related to economic and cultural development of ethnic minority areas, and play an important role in common development, ethnical unity and stability. Universities should launch innovation and entrepreneurship education on minority students, and provide scientific theoretical basis for minority students training by analyzing the current education deficiencies on the minority college students’ innovative entrepreneurship and exploring the relevance and effectiveness of entrepreneurship education.%少数民族大学生受到民族文化、生活环境等各种因素的影响，是一个具有复杂性又需要关怀的群体。这个群体的创新思维、合作精神、创造能力和创业氛围将关系到少数民族地区经济、文化的发展，对实现民族地区的共同发展和团结稳定起到重要作用。高校对少数民族大学生开展创新创业教育，分析当前对少数民族大学生创新创业教育上存在的不足之处，探索创业教育的针对性和有效性，为少数民族大学生人才培养提供科学理论依据。
