影响高校基层党组织对青年教师凝聚力的因素探析

It is of great significance for the college and university grass-root Party committees to heighten appeal to the young teachers. Starting from five negative aspects such as the young teachers being inactive in joining in the Party, impure in motivation, weak in ideal and faith, immature in party spirit, and low in theoretical level, the paper analyses both the internal and external factors that influence the college and university grass-root Party committees’ appeal to the young teachers.%新时期高校基层党组织对青年教师的凝聚力建设具有重要意义。本文从高校青年教师入党积极性不高、入党动机不纯、理想信念淡化、青年教师党员党性修养不够，理论水平有待提高五个方面入手，对新时期影响高校基层党组织对青年教师凝聚力的内外因素进行了探析。
