从党的群团工作看党的利益整合能力建设

摘要

Interest differentiation and interest integration are two chief topics of modern social development. The construction of interest integration competence acts as an important part of the construction of the Party’s governance capacity, which is related to the solidifying of the governance foundation, and the realizing of the Chinese Dream. Therefore, in order to improve the CCP’s construction of interest integration competence, it is necessary to start from the mass organizations work, to lead the people to express themselves in a right way, and to integrate the interest of different level and group reasonably, legally and orderly.%利益分化与利益整合是当代社会发展的两大主题。党的利益整合能力建设是党的执政能力建设的重要一环。利益整合能力的大小、利益整合功能的发挥关系到党的执政基础之巩固，进而关系到中华民族伟大复兴“中国梦”的顺利实现。以加强和改进党的群团工作为着眼点，引导广大人民群众以正确方式表达利益诉求，合理、合法、有序地整合各个阶层、各个群体的利益，从党的利益整合能力建设的重要方面。
