We study the relationship among bone mineral density, bone mass, weight and height of young women , it can provide a scientific basis for assessment and prediction of bone mass in young women with ideal form. We measure the right side of the calcaneus of 20 -yearold women with the Achilles Express ultrasound apparatus made by Lunar Corporation,calculate the Stiffness parameter with SOS and BUA, analyze thedata by the methods of Statistics. The Pearson analysis shows that the Stiffness parameter is positively correlated with height and weight. The relationship between skeletal muscle and bone mass is closely. The physical condition of young women is the most important factor that affect the bone mass.%研究青年女性骨密度、骨量、体重、身高间的相互关系,为青年女性身体理想形态下的骨量评估预测提供科学依据.用美国Lunar公司生产的Achilles Express跟骨超声骨密度测定仪,测定20岁的女性右侧跟骨,通过超声波的传播速率(sos),超声波衰减系数(BUA),计算骨刚度的参数Stiffness,时相关数据进行相应的统计学分析.Pearson相关分析显示,Stiffness与身高、体重呈正相关.骨骼肌肉和骨量的关系密切,对青年女性骨量影响最大的因素是身体质量.
