原油密闭装卸工艺研究

摘要

以原油装卸工艺为研究对象,介绍了油田目前常用的敞开式原油装卸工艺和半密闭式原油装卸工艺.敞开式原油装卸工艺油气损耗量大,原油装卸过程存在较大的安全隐患,半密闭原油装卸工艺是对敞开式原油装卸工艺的改进和完善,在一定程度上减少了原油装卸过程中的油气损耗,但仍未实现完全密闭.针对非密闭原油装卸工艺的缺点和不足,详细阐述了原油密闭装卸工艺的主要流程及原理,并从经济、安全和环境方面分析了原油密闭装卸工艺所产生的效益.%The commonly used open type and Semi-hermetic process of crude oil loading and unloading in oilfield was introduced in the paper through the research of crude oil loading and unloading process.The security risk was big and the oil and gas loss was large for open type process of crude oil loading and unloading.The Semi-hermetic process of crude oil loading and unloading which reduced oil and gas consumption,was improvedfor open type process of crude oil loading and unloading,but was still not fully closed.Because of the shortcomings and deficiencies of non-hermetic crude oil loading and unloading process, the main flow and principle of airtight loading and unloading process were introduced and explained,and the benefits were analyzed from the aspects of economic,security and environment in the paper.
