党的根基论与“失根”危机--论“全面从严治党”的理论基点与现实形势

作为全面从严治党的理论基点，党的根基论是对党的理论的继承和发扬。它包含了丰富的思想内容：一是中国传统文化的深厚底蕴和马克思主义系列理论的支撑；二是基层党组织对群众的感召力、凝聚力和广大党员干部的先锋模范作用；三是全体中国人民的心理认同和行动支持。为此，必须从完善社会主义政治文化、提高党的社会动员能力和赢取广泛的心理认同三方面来固本强基。%As the theoretical basis of comprehensive strictly administering the party, the party's foundation theory inherits and develops the party's theory. It contains rich ideological content:first it is Chinese tradi⁃tional culture and Marxist theory supporting; second it is charismatic and cohesiveness of party organiza⁃tions at the grass-roots level to the mass and party member cadre played a vanguard and exemplary role;third it is all the Chinese people's psychological identity and action support. So we should strengthen the base from three aspects such as perfecting socialist political culture, improving the party's social mobilization ability and winning broad psychological identity.
